Dear Friends:

Wow! I just realized something! I’m long over-due for a new letter on our website.

What ever happened to summer? It went by faster than I’ve ever seen it go by. Here in the Grand Rapids area we had a very cold summer season. Water temperatures in Lake Michigan sometimes got as low as the upper 40’s. Now that’s cold!

The weather may be unpredictable, and we might not be able to do much about it, but one thing always remains the same: God’s Love and Grace! I’ve seen evidence of that many times in these past months: A dear loved one died, but her death brought opportunity of sharing the gospel with some who are not saved. Through God’s love and grace, our needs here at CBH have been met through these summer months. And my knee? It’s doing great!

As you do your school work, whether you are home-schooled, or at a “regular” school, remember that God is with you every moment of every day, and He’s only a prayer away. You can talk to Him any time, any place, about any thing you want to share with Him. Like I said --- His love remains the same. Isn’t that wonderful?
